Pool Party Guidelines and Reservation for Cedarmill Bath and Tennis

 

1.   Reservation must be made at least three weeks prior to party date.  You may only schedule your party by first contacting the party coordinator at party@cedarmillpool.com.  Someone will call to confirm when your payment and reservation arrives and is approved.

2.       Reservations are taken and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.  If a party has already been scheduled for the same date, we will contact you and give you other optional open dates.  You can see if your date is available by looking at the Cedarmill Event Calendar.

3.       All pool rules will be enforced, no exceptions!  As host or hostess, please help the lifeguards assure the safety of your guests.

4.       Extra fees will be assessed for the following:

a.       If the guard incurs extra cleanup time = one additional hour

b.       Guard to guest ratio is not 1:25 and guard calls for an additional staff member.

c.       If, for any reason, you need to cancel or weather is unfavorable prior to the start of the party, all money will be refunded
 except for a $15.00 service charge.

d.       If a party is scheduled and is cancelled AFTER starting due to weather conditions, you will receive a maximum refund
of 50% of deposited funds.

  1. The following staffing guidelines must be followed:   

1-25 people = 1 lifeguard per hour                     

26-50 people = 2 lifeguards per hour                 

Youth or teenage parties = email or call first

More than 50 people = email or call first
