Only Members are allowed to reserve the
Pool Pavilion for private parties or special events held on the pool deck.  

Simply fill out the request form and return it with your payment to secure the date.  

We MUST have your request form along with your payment 3 weeks in advance  
of any special parties or activities.  

This allows us the time necessary to have the extra guards on staff to ensure the safety of your guests and our members during your pool function.

Parties can only be scheduled during pool hours.  We do not close the pool 
for private parties.  Due to size of our pool, we can not schedule multiple parties at the same time or accommodate sizes of 75 or more people in attendance. 

Party costs cover extra Lifeguard(s) and Guest Fees.  Due to back to school schedules, no private parties can be booked after the first week in August.

Cedarmill Clubhouse is  available to members only for Private Functions such as Birthday Parties, Scout Meetings or Prayer Groups.  

If you're interested in reserving the clubhouse, please fill out the Clubhouse request form.  There is a $5 cleaning and supply fee plus a $100 deposit required when using the clubhouse.  

ALL forms must be received 
2 weeks prior to your request date. 
The Clubhouse maximum capacity is 
40 people.
